NIGATA SARL is looking for reliable suppliers of frozen Sardina pilchardus for a long-term European supply program.
Required product:
* Species: Sardina pilchardus
* Origin: Morocco, Mauritania or other eligible origin
* Whole Round Frozen preferred
* HGT and skin-on fillets may also be considered
* Freezing: BQF / Block and IQF
* Sizes required: 8–12 pcs/kg and 16–28 pcs/kg
* Other sizes may also be considered
Quality requirements:
* Broken bellies: maximum 10%
* Please specify whether this is calculated by piece or by weight
* Histamine: maximum 25 ppm
* Lot-specific COA required, including the histamine testing method
Supplier information requested:
* Current available quantities
* Regular monthly production capacity
* Available sizes and grading method
* Freezing method
* Packing specifications
* Export approvals and certifications
* Production location and cold storage capacity
* EXW or FOB price indication
