The CEVPM is based in Boulogne-sur-Mer, the first French fishing port and one European center for processing and distribution of fishery products. It is located on the industrial zone Capécure the heart of the industrial fishing port.
The CEVPM is a technical center for industry, specializing in food processing aquatic products. It serves companies in this sector, their representatives and administrations concerned. It was created in 1986, which allowed us to form a team of specialists now enjoying a very good experience in the sector of fishery products and aquaculture.
Today, CEVPM is a team of twenty people, mainly working in two very complementary units:
- A laboratory analysis COFRAC
- A hall food technology approved by the Veterinary Services
