ARYZTA AG, (Public, ISE:YZA) formerly IAWS Group plc, is a Switzerland-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of specialty bakery products. In addition, through its subsidiary, Origin Enterprises plc, it is involved in the provision and distribution of agri-nutrition products.
The Company operates through four business segments:
Food Europe, including the brands Coup de Pates, Cuisine de France, Delice de France and Hiestand
Food North America, comprising La Brea Bakery and Otis Spunkmeyer
Origin Enterprises
Food Developing Markets with its Hiestand brand.
ARYZTA AG has operations in Europe, North America, South East Asia and Australia. As of July 31, 2009 the Company operated through numerous wholly owned and majority owned subsidiaries as well as affiliated companies, such as IAWS Technology and Global Services Limited, Cuisine de France (UK) Limited, IAWS France SA, La Brea Bakery Holdings, Inc. and Origin Enterprises plc, among others.
