TOP's focus has been Groundfish from the North Atlantic and the Pacific in addition to Whiting Fillet Products and Whiting Blocks from Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. We are a marketer of domestically sourced Red Crab.
Under the Toppskip Brand label, we also offer I.Q.F. skinless fillets of Cardinal Perch that is caught in the deep waters off the coast of Chile. Cardinal Perch has been popular as an excellent and cost effective alternative to Ocean Perch fillets
