Admiral Fish Farms is a family operated salmon aquaculture business, created in 1996. Admiral Fish Farms has an SQF Certified processing facility located on Grand Manan and marine production throughout the Bay of Fundy region.
Admiral’s salmon is sold and marketed under the esqu label to distinguish it within the marketplace as a brand of distinction. Chefs like Seth Gabrielse of Montreal’s Laloux Bistro, and premium seafood retailers specifically request esqu salmon for their customers.
The goal of esqu is to elevate expectations of the consumer by creating an unparalleled salmon experience. Just like growing grapes for a fine wine, at Admiral and esqu, we’re focused on doing things with a different perspective than some of the larger companies in our industry.
