Committed to diversity, it opened in 2008 a modern cannery or delicatessenlocated in the Polygon Olloniego Oviedo. The factory operates under the brand Carmen Island in honor of the people of Gijon, a strong tradition ofcanning and the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of fishermen.
The main objectives of this factory are canning in a completely handmade. For this purpose seafood of the highest quality fish in our seas and species with little commitment canning tradition but with great potential. We have chosen a presentation in glass jars, particularly aimed at niche markets and gourmet shops and delis in Spain and throughout Europe.
