As a signpost for the development of frozen and chilled food industry, the Shanghai International Frozen and Chilled Food Exposition (SIFCE) is one of the largest, best and most influential comprehensive frozen and chilled food exhibition in China. The 7th SIFCE, together with the 7th Shanghai International Catering and Ingredient Exhibition & the 11th Shanghai International Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition was successfully held on August 25th to 27th in 2016, covering an exhibition area of 37,500 square meters in total, and attracting altogether 1,105 exhibitors and 31,441 visitors from 46 nations and regions.
