The Principles behind the system
First, mechanical filtration is used to remove the solid particles excreted from the fish.
Second, UV filtration disinfect the recirculated water
Then, Biofiltration take care of ammonia and nitrate levels
Finally, oxygen is pumped into the recirculated water along with a 2% new water top-up
