UpRiver is a FDA registered, HACCP & Kosher certified food processing facility located in Miami, Florida with corporate headquarters in Woodville, TX. We are a smokehouse and processing plant which specializes in smoked salmon. We currently produce our own line of gourmet products at our plant in addition to processing for several major brands. We offer full production services which include custom smoking, portioning, vacuumed packaging, and repacking. UpRiver processes both large and small production runs and tailors to customer specific needs.
