In August 2012, the Company announced that its subsidiary, Teledyne Limited, has acquired the parent company of PDM Neptec Limited. In March 2013, it completed the acquisition of RESON A/S (RESON). In May 2013, the Company's subsidiary acquired Axiom IC B.V.
