We aim to provide a dining experience which provides customers with a menu offering choices and prices to suit most palates and pockets.
But we also are passionate about the sourcing and sustainability of our ingredients and produce.
Shortly after we opened our Edinburgh Restaurant in September 2009, in recognition of our commitment to offering customers sustainable seafood, Ondine gained certification from the MSC - the Marine Stewardship Council.
I am also delighted the pelagic fleet in Shetland has also now been given MSC certification and we will continue to support them by purchasing their catch.
