Itacyl, since its creation in 2002 as a public entity governed primarily by private law, is committed to be configured as an efficient instrument driver of the agricultural sector through the development of new technologies, research and the transfer of advances scientists, promoting coordination and collaboration with other public and private organizations.
The Institute is composed of a multidisciplinary team of people who want to contribute to the birth of a global dialogue mediated by new technologies able to merge ultimately in obtaining the highest quality standards in the food industry Castilian and lions.
