This perfect environment naturally makes Loch Etive Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss, also known as Steelhead or Loch Trout) a unique and very special fish.
Loch Etive trout is ethically-raised to Freedom Food standard, in flowing waters as close to wild conditions as possible. The resulting fish is premium quality and sushi grade. It is available all year round either fresh (chilled) or frozen, as whole fish (head on or head off) or as fillets.
