In June 2005, the Association was renamed the “Taiwan Culture and Fisheries Development Foundation” to enable more aquaculture-related businesses to benefit from it and fully realize the purpose and spirit of setting up the Association. The implementation of counseling in Taiwan’s aquaculture industry is expected to see Taiwan's aquaculture industry enter another peak one day.

According to the provisions of the articles of association, the number of directors is 11 to 15 and the following units refer (push): 7 to 11 people from the Executive Yuan Agriculture Committee, 2 National Fisheries Association of the Republic of China and 2 related associations, and Taiwan Association of Frozen Fisheries Industry 2 Persons; 3 to 5 supervisors, assigned by the following organizations: 1 to 3 people from the Executive Yuan Committee on Agriculture, 1 National Fisheries Association of the Republic of China, 1 related fishing association, 1 Taiwan Fishery Association .
Currently, Mr. Lin Guoping serves as the chairman of the board and Mr. Lin Zongshan serves as the chief executive officer.
