K/S Knold's Seafood is pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of David Nordqvist Fiskexport Eftr AB

The agreement includes sales and services operations in 37 countries, production units in four countries: Sweden, Germany, Thailand and Finland and a production partnership in South Africa.

Through the acquisition of David Nordqvist Fiskexport Eftr AB, We further strengthens our strategic position in the seafood processing and export segment. This acquisition has also extend our market Network to the Chinese market via the David Nordqvist Fiskexport Eftr AB processing plant in Hamnplan which is among the approved Swedish companies to export seafood and seafood products to China with approval number SE913EG.

In 2017 David Nordqvist Fiskexport Eftr AB had revenues of about 120 million SEK and 90 employees. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The deal is accretive to earnings per share from the start.
