objective of exporting Chilled Yellow Fin Tuna to the
international Market. We serve as a supplier to qualified
buyers requiring quality assured long-term supply

Our Strategy
Our Strategy is to establish a good customer
relationship by delivering the goods on time, minimizing
the rejects through enhanced quality checks and
processing the fish fresh from catch.

The company prides itself on supplying top quality products
speedily and efficiently, in premium condition and at
competitive prices. We have built up long-term
relationships with local fishermen. The strong partnerships
established allow us to maintain a consistent line of supply
throughout the year.

We make regular visits to our processing
factories to ensure that the required standards
of excellence are achieved. We recognized the
importance of sustainable fisheries. Our fishing
methods are environment friendly. The supply of
yellow fin tuna obviously varies with the time of
year – but our guarantee is that we will not
disappoint you!

Product
Our yellow fin tuna is processed from European Union
Approved factories in Maldives and delivered within hours of
processing. We process mainly two varieties: Loin and Whole
fish (G&G or H&G).

The loins are vacuum sealed in polythene bags,
weighed, labelled and packed in Polystyrene
Boxes (19" x 17" x 15") with gel ice. The gross
weight of these is around 25 - 30Kg per box.

The Whole Fish with an average weight of
upwards of 20Kg are processed and wrapped
in a foam like material and packed in
Cardboard Boxes (61" x 18" x 14") with gel ice.
The gross weight of these is around 115Kg per
box.

For U.S.A and some other countries we use
Dry Ice depending on the destination. Our
products will always be accompanied by a
health certificate issued by Maldives Food and
Drug Authority, and a histamine report
prepared in accordance with EU standards and
any other necessary supporting documents.

Quality
Our processing factories are registered with the European Union (EU registration MDV005 & MDV008).
The facility maintains stringent requirements set by European Union directives complying with the EU
preventive Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)-based regulations/standards. The plant
is actively pursuing quality accreditation with the following organizations with the objective of being
compliant with ISO 9000.
*CLAS – Camp den Laboratory Accreditation Scheme
*EFSIS – European Food Safety Inspection Service.

Product Delivery
We deliver the product to the nearest airport of customer location or any selected airport by the customer. Product
delivery timing depends on the aircraft operation frequency and cargo space availability.
Customers
Our major customers are in France and Germany. However, we are planning to expand our markets in other
countries as well.
Our People
Our fishermen are well trained and qualified in Yellow Fin Tuna fishing. Albeit they use traditional pole and line
method to catch, they are equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment’s to trace the catch.
