Circular Cages from 15- 60 m Diameter / 40-200 m circumference for all types of weather and sea conditions from sea bay to offshore sites
The cages and brackets withstand harsh off-shore climates, larger cages sizes with deep nets and rough handling.
Square Cages (Recommended for moderate and sheltered waters).
Various sizes and configurations are built as a standalone cage from 6 x 4 m, 8 x 5 m or grouped together in a platform configuration.
Components
Floating Collar
• 200, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500 mm
• Molded PE Floating collars have excellent structural strength, durability and UV resistance suited for sea areas with high salinity, warm water temperatures and choppy weather.
• The floating collars prevent ovalisation of the buoyancy pipes retaining the flexibility of the pipes and preventing pipes from breaking
Cage Buoyancy, Handrails and Sinker pipe
• Floating Pipes – 200, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500 mm
• Hand rail and sinker pipe diameter –110, 125, 140, 160 mm
Virgin HDPE Material, UV Stabilised. Service Life 25 years life.

All buoyancy pipes are filled with EPS or provided with subdivision chambers to maintain buoyancy in case of damage or puncture creating a virtually unsinkable cage.
Handrail pipes provided with additional UV Stabilised Heat Reflective coating, are cooler to touch after prolong exposure to the sun
Anti-Skid walkway
• Full circumference walkway for maximum operation flexibility and easy access from cage to cage
Bird Net Support
• Centre support stand to keep the bird nets high off the water and protect the fish population.
• Circular design to provide adequate surface area to support the net evenly and prevent localized stress and strain
Cage and Grid end Mooring buoys
• Mooring buoys from 330 ltrs to 1200 ltrs
• Manufactured from high quality HDPE filled with polyurethane foam with high visible colour and with a possibility of day mark fitting.
• Designation the cage end and farm site corners and provide buoyancy to grid end mooring connectors and cage system
Mooring Brackets
• For reinforcement of buoyancy pipes where mooring ropes are tied, preventing the compressing of the buoyancy pipes increasing the cage strength and life.
Net Sinkers
• HDPE Coated concrete sinker customized to cage size and site requirement for net cylindrical structure to be maintained
HDPE Work Platform
• Our work platforms are made of HDPE pipes and structurally analysed platform components capable of withstanding heavy load depending on client requirements
• Can be equipped with crane and hydraulic propulsion unit for mobile feeder, net cleaning and harvesting mobile unit.
HDPE Service / Work Boat
• Designed for ample load planes and provided with outboard engine for speed to reach quickly aquaculture sites.
HDPE Floating station
• Design to site requirements as secure floating station for food storage warehouse and accommodation of the unit guards
