Our fresh fish is flown to us daily and transported in refrigerated trucks to our conveniently located 16,000 square foot HACCP approved seafood plant-"Michigan's, and the Midwest's most Modern Seafood Plant." Every step in our operation is subject to self-imposed Quality controls more stringent than any required by regulations.
