With much confusion and misinformation surrounding this complex and evolving issue, our on-site training program will provide the facts needed to insure the best choices are made when purchasing products- be they seafood or agricultural. Most importantly, this program will empower you and your staff with a foundation of knowledge that can be passed on to the customer.
Over 70% of seafood sales are generated through restaurant and retail outlets. At the same time, more and more customers are questioning the origin and environmental impact of their food. Local Abundance will equip you and your staff with the tools and knowledge needed to provide the answers they seek. We offer various services, including on-site training, menu analysis for both seafood and land animals, suggestions of sustainable suppliers, supply chain audits and point of purchase materials- all designed to simplify the complexities of sustainability.
