The company employs 100 people and it's main activity is the processing of scallops and whelks.
The factory satisfies all EU standards. There is a full induction and ongoing training programme for staff and a HACCP system in place which gives full traceability and guarantees the quality of the product through the production process.
The company has since 2002 achieved BRC Global Standard and in 2004 certification by the French quality standards organisation Bureau Veritas
It has been the service given to our suppliers and customers and the attention given to our processing, that has enabled AM Seafood's to grow into one of the major shellfish processors in the UK.
