Fraserburgh Seafoods is an associate company of G&J Jack. It was formed to take advantage of the huge prawn fishery in North East Scotland. Fraserburgh Seafoods are in the unique position of being in an up-to-date processing plant situated as close to the point of landing as possible. This enables them to minimise the time between landing, processing and dispatch and keep a tight control on the quality of the raw material.
