Deep sea wild fish for filleting from deep-sea trawl fishing : pollock, blue ling, ling, grenadier, scabbard fish, haddock, whiting, etc.
Salmon: Norway, Ireland, Scotland.
Very fresh high-end fish from independent small fishermen with small boats: line-caught bass, sea bream, mullet, etc.
Other products: shellfish & crustaceans, cooked pink shrimps, etc.
Know-how and specialities
All our fish is exclusively hand filleted. Graded slabs (+/- 10 g) with or without skin, boned. Graded steaks (+/- 20 g).
