Canned creating Emilia responded to the need to relaunch the traditional craftsmanship of Biscay anchovy to provide a high quality final product. For this purpose, Doña Emilia, sheltered by their sons and daughters, launched today is a prestigious company, awarded twice with the award-tasting Anchovy Fair.
