Dias Aquaculture S.A./ Dias Group (Public, ATH:DIFF) is a Greece-based company engaged in the establishment and operation of fish farming units and the production and trade of Mediterranean fresh and frozen fish. It has three business segments: fish production and sale, trade in third party fish and manufacture of fish feed.
The main products of the Company include sea bream, sea bass, fish juveniles, various codes of fish feed, processed fish and map products. The Company’s facilities include hatcheries, fish feed and processing units, fattening and packing facilities, as well as a distribution centers and 31 fish farming.
Its subsidiaries include Frutti di Mare S.A., Mattheou Ltd, Poros Aquaculture Centre S.A., Pelagos Aquaculture S.A., Zoonomi S.A. and Neptunus Aquaculture S.A., among others.
