PRODUCTS
Tasty, supple, and versatile, salmon is an important part of a healthy diet.
Salmon is also nutrient dense and an excellent source of high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals. Of particular interest are omega-3 fatty acids that contribute to healthy brain function, limber joints, and a lowered risk of heart disease.
Bakkafrost Salmon is a perfect example of this healthy food and we maintain its health benefits and delicious taste and consistency by treating it as close to free range/wild salmon as possible. Running cold and clean, the pristine waters around the Faroe Islands is the ideal environment to create an impeccably pure salmon. We also feed our virgin breed of salmon a wholesome diet carefully harvested from their natural environment.
It is no wonder that these facts lead to an assortment of delicious and nutritious Bakkafrost products.
From whole, fresh salmon begging to be turned into masterpieces by leading chefs around the world, to frozen steaks ready to feed the family at the dinner table, Bakkafrost has exactly what you want and need.
