Advancing Food Safety (AFS) is an international food safety training organization with operations in USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. With over 16 years of experience, AFS has strong links with many international retailers as well as manufacturers, producers, and regulatory agencies.
Advancing Food Safety proudly supports and promotes the three major international standards endorsed by the retailer-driven Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) – the SQF Standards (owned by the Food Marketing Institute), the British Retail Consortium Global Food Standard (BRC), and the International Food Standard (IFS).
Advancing Food Safety provides a range of general and specific food safety related training for all food sectors. Our training can be run internally at your workplace or externally on topics such as HACCP, SQF, BRC, Food Microbiology, GMP and Auditing.
