Liquènia comes from "inside", the passion for nature, by sea, in a world where natural food turned out to be a singularity.
In one of our trips to Galicia had the first contact with the algae, was bought as souvenirs, to bring a memory to Barcelona in those seas. But oddly enough at that time did not understand your taste, we did not know very well how to fit them into our daily lives. At that point we began to ask how important are algae? Why can truly serve?
Since then the search for these answers was insatiable until they reached the second trip. In it we discover some answers, but at the same time new questions. Find a new presentation of these unique vegetables, were mixed for infusion.
Does algae could combine pasta, legumes, vegetables ...? What flavors would look like this food?
We had no choice but to continue the search, until little by little we find a way to include them in our everyday cooking and now accompany us to the tea.
