In 1987 Sushican was born. Currently located in Telde, it begins its journey in the Canary Islands after a season settled in Japan, where it rescues an old recipe, which is today a sushi of first quality. After many trips he meets a Japanese family to which today a great friendship joins them. It is here when you learn the art of traditional Japanese food.
For Sushican the main thing is to elaborate a quality sushi, counting on leading chefs in the Asian kitchen. They work with quality raw materials, using fresh fish and special rice to make nigiri, maki, uramaki (california roll) and sashimi among others for the customer to consume freshly prepared sushi. We also have vegetarian sushi.
Sushican is located in Telde, Gran Canaria. The facilities we have are equipped with the most sophisticated equipment, refrigeration chambers, freezing, temperature chasers and air-conditioned rooms for processing and packaging.
