Conservas Mar de Ardora is dedicated to the artisan elaboration of ecological products of season, with a limited production and methods of sustainable extraction. This guarantees, in addition to respect for the environment, the preservation of the organoleptic and nutritional qualities and properties of the different resources (preserved algae, dehydrated algae, coastal grasses, etc.).
Algae for food have been exploited in Galicia since 1980, but until today there was no one who was producing them in a sustainable way, as Mar de Ardora, a young and dynamic company that presents a range of products carefully designed, respect the environment , biodiversity and, of course, ecologically certified
There are 10 varieties from Galicia, dehydrated or canned, to be consumed directly or sautéed, in salpicones, salads, canapés, fillings, empanadas, soups, broths, creams, rice, pistos, stews. They are also excellent as a garnish of fish and seafood.
