We have established a system in which quick freezing and de-pan operation can be done in our own factory, which has enabled us to process raw material into products for export and farmed fish feed.
We have also introduced the latest packing line of fresh horse mackerel and mackerel, controlling the product temperature and number of bacteria. In our laboratory, we conduct self-inspection of general bacteria, E. coli, E. coli include, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus for every production and each shipment and implement fat inspection, residual chlorine concentration testing and the VBN (fish freshness).
