It has five divisions: Agribusiness, Infrastructure, Transportation, Support services, and Hotels and Cargo and shipping. Agribusiness focuses on the fruit, vegetable, fish and meat sectors. Support services include Lonrho IT (comprising Bytes & Pieces, CES and Indit), which designs, builds, develops and integrates information technology (IT) solutions for corporate clients, banks and governments and then undertakes management contracts to run and manage installations, and Lonrho Water, which develops and operates water bottling plants. On June 7, 2010, it acquired 51% interest in Oceanfresh Limited. In May 2010, it acquired the remaining 49% interest in Rollex (Pty) Limited and Fresh Direct Limited. In February 2011, the Company purchased a 100% in AFEX. In March 2011, it completed the acquisition of the AFEX Group of Companies.
