O'Neil Fisheries Limited is a vertically integrated seafood company located at the head of the Port of Digby wharf in The World Famous Scallop Port of Digby, Nova Scotia. Over the years, we have continued to grow and adapt to various changes within the fishing industry and global seafood marketplace. Taking advantage of our prime location in the heart of the Bay of Fundy and our dedication to our clients and wild caught quality seafood products, our name and the Royal Fundy Brand have become well established and trusted both domestically and internationally. Quality seafood products are consistently being received at our facility from our own fleet of vessels, other affiliated harvesters, or imported internationally. We then process, grade and pack to individual customer specifications. Depending on the requirements of our customers, our products can be packed fresh, blast frozen, plate frozen, or individually quick frozen. Some customers prefer that we pack product under their own label and this is something we are able and pleased to do. Our team has many years of experience working in the seafood industry and would be happy to help you with any of your seafood needs. Our fleet of vessels harvest scallop and groundfish in Atlantic Canadian waters year-round, although some species are occasionally limited due to area closures and seasonal regulations. We are proud of our vessels and experienced captains and crews, who work hard to consistently land quality seafood products. Combined with our Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) certified facility and skilled production staff who diligently process and pack to various specifications, this allows us to supply our clients with products that consistently meet or exceed their expectations. Although the majority of our harvesting operations are scallop and haddock, we do not limit our production and sales to those species. Our multispecies groundfish vessels also occasionally land cod, pollock, redfish, winter flounder, witch flounder, and atlantic halibut throughout the year. We also acquire fish for production from other harvesters and also import various seafood products. We are able to meet most of your seafood requirements and look forward to hearing from you.
