SORMEC MARINE CRANES, an Italian company located in Alcamo (western Sicily), covers an area of twenty thousand square meters, eleven thousand of which are indoors.
The company, provided with the most modern facilities and advanced production tools, counts two separated workshops. The first one, for carpentry work, uses the latest technological equipment and the strictest procedures for cutting, bending and welding of metal plates. The second plant use is for final assembling of the cranes. It is also the place in which the Research & Development, Technical, Sales and After- sales Departments take their place. With the realities of the global marketplace, today’s customers no longer accept “one-size-fits-all” solutions.
