Vaessen-Schoemaker develops and produces functional ingredients, mostly tailor made, for our customers in the international food industry, with applications especially for meat and fish products.
The extensive product range is based on numerous ingredient combinations developed for specific applications and functionality, making use of selected polyphosphate combinations, animal and vegetable proteins, stabilisers, emulsifiers and other ingredients.
