Altamarea s.r.l is an industrial factory which smokes fish products. The factory is found within the ASI compounds, in the City of Favara, recognised by the EU N°3064. Production is practised in a self controlled regime according to HACCP procedures. Deliveries are made with refrigerated vehicles. Altamarea prduces smoked fish and fish products of the highest quality using traditional meditteranean fish such as sword fish and tuna and also a second line of products which utilises marlin and salmon, all primarily fresh.
