After moving away from the coast I was depressed by the lackluster seafood offerings at the markets and started looking for ways to get seafood ‘fresh enough to eat raw’. Everyone had a limited selection of poor quality seafood and were charging exorbitant prices for it.
One of the difficult things about eating sustainable seafood is figuring out where it came from and how it was caught.
