Back in the 80's here on Skye we recognised the need from a number of local hotels and restaurants for the supply of fresh and smoked seafood direct from the fishermen and boats that caught them. This was when Isle of Skye Smokehouse was established. Soon after making sure everyone on Skye, and around the west coast of Scotland was well supplied with our seafood, we started taking our wares elsewhere, including the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh, Skibo Castle in Dornoch, Harrods and the Royal Scotsman, to name but a few. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept any orders; our smokehouse and shop on Skye are not open for business at this time. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused.
