In 1999 SC “Laivite” became the company of private capital.
For last three years the financial turnover of "Laivite" has grown more than three times, the amount of personnel has increased up to 700 employees, production capacities were upgraded, including departments such as diesel engine workshop, refrigerating equipment, pipeline and other workshops. The new modern warehouse is built. Engineering center and service station of lifesaving equipment, boat building workshop are equipped in the company. Social facilities were not forgotten in the reconstruction process: canteen, changing rooms are equipped in the company.
It is acquired a lot of new processing equipment while the existing is being modernized.
