In addition, the Company is engaged in fingerlings production, fish production, packing, and filleting, among others. Codfarmers has, through the agreement of 25 June 2009 and subsequent accessions by shareholders in NAP Marine AS, acquired shares in NAP Marine AS representing approximately 99.6% of the shares in NAP Marine AS.
