Didden a family factory, founded in 1925, starts out by producing mustard and vinegar.
It quickly diversifies its products and bottles pickled gherkins and onions as well as relishes. A few years later, Didden starts the production of mayonnaise and various emulsion sauces (Cocktail, Tartar and Andalusian), each one available in several presentations. Didden next adds a large range of salads to its traditional products : meat, tuna fish, chicken, crab, and many other salads appear.
