KOPUZMAR started its production in 1986, with the name of UGURLU FISH in Kazikli Bay of Mugla. Kopuzmar, advancing step by in producing fish in its natural environment, the sea and selling it after processing, is one of the leaders in its sector.
With its fully integrated fish processing system, the biggest in Turkey, Kopuzmar has developed rapidly since the day it was founded. Besides its success in fish breeding and processing units, Kopuzmar is also one of the first companies that has automation system for baby fish units.
Ugurlu Fish, one of the pioneers in culture fishery sector, has developed an institutional identity with the name of Kopuzmar, and increased its capacity to 5000 tones/year by the year 2007.
Kopuzmar, giving place to delicious fish of Aegean and the Mediterranean in its product range, plans to fulfill its goal of presenting different tastes to the world kitchens by increasing its capacity to 12,000 tones/year.
