The project is part of a plan to optimize marine fishery resources. This refers to the use and further processing of resources and of excellent quality, many of these under-exploited, others exploited and exported as raw materials and others whose use until now has been simply null. Such is the case of anchovy, tuna, squid, shrimp, bivalves number.
