Sanis Brothers fishing activity started around 1949 with the fresh local fish trade. In 1960 the first fish-shop in the centre of Empoli (Florence) was opened, later the Primapesca S.p.a. society for the wholesale business of fresh products was born.
From January 2008 Primapesca S.p.a. were incorporated into Iliopesca Group, becoming the fresh products division inside the group. Today Iliopesca with its 120 employees is one of the main companies in Italy for supply and distribution of every kind of fresh and frozen fish; They can guarantee high standard quality availing themselves of direct relationship with the most important producers around the world.
