The Westcoast group was established in 1994 and has developed into one of the largest producers of pelagic fish in Norway.
Today the group consists of 5 production plants all of which are strategically located in relation to the fishing zones off the west coast of Norway. The annual production capacity of the Westcoast group is approxiamately 130 000 tonn of frozen fish and fillets.
Our primary strategy involves selling fish products to all available markets, securing fast turnover for the prosessors and to provide our customers with a steady supply all year around.
All of our products are graded by size, wrapped in plastic, packed in two piece cartons and blast (tunnel frozen) in 20 kilo net blocks.
Each carton is labelled in accordance to the international trademark standard. In addition we hand pack Mackerel (600g +) in 10kg silver cartons.
