True North Salmon Company recently joined forces with the world-renowned Lobster Academy to develop the Salmon Academy program: the most relevant and comprehensive hands-on training in the farmed salmon industry.
Located at the new Huntsman Marine Science Centre on the Bay of Fundy in St. Andrew's, New Brunswick, the Academy is dedicated to increasing the value of farmed Atlantic Salmon for all stakeholders worldwide through knowledge.
Over the course of three days, Academy attendees will tune in to formal learning sessions conducted by industry experts, travel to a hatchery, processing plants, and aquariums, and have ample opportunity to network with other seafood professionals.
