California San Ignacio dedicated to capturing, processing and marketing of various species of sea.  We stand by our approach to marketing products with high standards of quality and safety for both export and domestic market, without making any difference.  Seeking to meet the new requirements of consumers we are in stage of innovation and adaptation of products and byproducts.  Our social commitment starts from sustainable fisheries, as we are regulated by the appropriate authorities and we know that the economy of the population depends on marine species. We are part of the Vizcaino Biosphere, which strengthens our commitment to the environment.  We have MSC (Certified Sustainable Seafood) certification and is implementing the HACCP plan (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points). All this to remain part of globalization and be competitive for both domestic and foreign producers.
