For this, from our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology in food quality, we select only the best food from the best origins, accompanied by a completely handmade process based on homemade recipes that have been passed from generation to generation, for which we only use fresh ingredients from km0 and 100% natural, resulting in an exclusive and limited production product.
