The Taylor Fish Company sells a specially formulated breading that is quickly becoming very popular with local fishermen. It is a very light dry dust style coating referred to as a “One-Step” breading. The easiest and most preferred method is to simply take the moist fillets and dust them in the dry breading until lightly coated and drop them into the hot oil. Recently, the breading was voted “Best Damn Batter” by the Honey Harbour fishing camp. Try our breading with our Better Breader container!
