Stella Polaris AS is a manufacturer of cooked and peeled coldwater prawns (Pandalus borealis), and delivers to most of the major companies in retail and catering in the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries.

The Stella Polaris production is due to stringent requirements for product and food safety, and production takes place in the new factories which holds a high standard.

Stella Polaris AS was founded in 1968 under the name Lenvik Fiskeindustri AS. Lenvik Fiskeindustri started with processing fish, but from 1984 the production also included the production of prawns. From 1989, all activities focused on production of cooked and peeled coldwater prawns. In January, 2002 Lenvik Fiskeindustri AS changed its name to Stella Polaris AS.
