Traditional products include skinning machines based on the "Freeze Drum" principle. Several add-on features include slicing and more recently, pre-rigor pin boning. Trio is also currently developing machinery for the poultry market. In october 2012 Baader Group has purchased the 100% of the shares of Trio Prcessing Machinery AS of Norway togheter with the daughter company Trio FTC Sweden AB.
